By using this website or confirming a session, you accept these terms. Module Fieldhub provides educational discussion about chart reading and journal practice. Nothing on the site or in a clinic is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice; no result or return is guaranteed.

Bookings and participant duties

A booking exists only after we confirm the format, date, fee, and payment instructions in writing. Participants must provide lawful, redacted materials, arrive prepared, and avoid sharing another person’s confidential information. We may stop disruptive conduct or requests for live trade instructions.

Intellectual property

Our worksheets, written feedback, site copy, and teaching materials remain our intellectual property. Participants may use supplied materials for personal study but may not resell, publish, record, or distribute a session without written permission. Participants retain rights in their own charts and journal entries and grant us only the limited permission needed to review them.

Liability

Markets involve risk, including loss of capital. You remain solely responsible for orders, positions, brokers, and financial decisions. To the extent permitted by Philippine law, Module Fieldhub is not liable for trading losses, indirect loss, unavailable market data, or decisions based on educational discussion. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and governing law

We may revise these terms prospectively by posting a new effective date. If part is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and disputes are subject to the appropriate courts in Davao City, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
