Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective 17 August 2026

To request a cancellation or refund, email contact@module-fieldhub.world with your name, confirmed session, and booking date. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, normally within 7–10 working days after approval; banks may take longer to post funds.

Group clinics

Cancel at least 72 hours before a clinic for a full refund. Between 72 and 24 hours, choose one reschedule or a 50% refund. Less than 24 hours before the start, or after a no-show, the fee is non-refundable because the place and advance review time have been committed. A substitute participant may attend with prior approval and suitable preparation.

Private reviews and journal audits

Private-session deposits are fully refundable before we begin reviewing submitted material. Once a chart pre-read has started, the completed portion is non-refundable and the balance is returned. For a ten-trade audit, we provide a written account of work completed; any unearned amount is refunded. Rescheduling requested at least 24 hours ahead is permitted once without charge.

Changes by Module Fieldhub

If we cancel and cannot offer an acceptable replacement date, all amounts paid are refunded. Severe weather, connectivity failure, illness, or other exceptional circumstances are considered fairly even outside the timeframes above. Purchased third-party venue costs are withheld only when they were disclosed, specifically incurred for the booking, and cannot be recovered.

Consumer rights under Philippine law remain unaffected.
