Information and purpose

We process names, email addresses, phone numbers when voluntarily supplied, service preferences, correspondence, and redacted charts or journal pages needed for a requested review. We use this information to answer inquiries, arrange and deliver training, keep transaction records, prevent misuse, and meet legal duties. Please do not send brokerage credentials, government IDs, or unredacted account numbers.

Legal basis, sharing, and transfers

Processing is based on steps you request before a booking, performance of our agreement, legal obligations, consent where required, and legitimate interests in operating a safe service. Limited data may be handled by email, hosting, file-storage, and video-call providers. Some providers may process information outside the Philippines; we use reasonable contractual and access safeguards for those transfers. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Unconfirmed inquiries are normally deleted after 12 months. Booking and payment records may be retained for up to ten years where tax or legal rules require. Submitted review materials are normally deleted 90 days after the final session unless you ask earlier or agree to longer retention. We restrict access and use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet transfer is risk-free.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, data portability, or withdrawal of consent. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission.
